It's perfect, it makes me sweat a lot and I don't even exercise, I just use it for cleaning.

I loved this item and its great, it fits nicely. i was skeptical because the comments say that it fits smaller but it just depends on your body type. im 187 lbs and fit the small, it does fight snuggly but of course it's a waist trainer, thats what its supposed to do ! the only con in my opinion is the zipper is cheap quality so its bound to break faster than higher end waist trainers. mine hasn't broke yet as i've only gotten this like 2 days ago but no complaints yet!

Its better then i thought it was gonna be and it does snatch you. But the only bad tjis is that you can feel the metal lines in the back

This does really well for me and helping me lose a few pounds, for the most part its comfortable but not for full day use
